Expertly produced by Jonny Swales and skilfully directed by another world renowned name, Alex Telfer. Incredibly, this was filmed over two days - as careful scheduling and planning of both cooking and filming times were critical, in order to keep the shoot running smoothly. With an immensely talented team on set, including three food stylists to concentrate on specific elements of the cooking, preparation and baking process… the end result is simply beautiful and mouth watering.
